Critical Success Factors

PTS’ consulting approach is formulated on the design of detailed ad-hoc solutions that are developed in conjunction with our clients. PTS success factors include:

Phase 1: Analysis and Design

Objective

The proposed objectives for this 6-8 week phase include:

  • Create a plan and vision for change management

  • Generate enthusiasm from the “bottom-up" and share the vision

  • Define an action plan to manage the change

  • Define the tangible and non-tangible benefits resulting from the change

  • Manage the defined timelines for delivery

Results

At the conclusion of the analysis and design phase, clients can expect the following results:

  • High-level design of the "To Be" solution

  • Opportunities that are both identified and quantified

  • Business case that will lay the foundation to examine and define benefits, costs and investments for the implementation phase

  • Implementation plan


Included in the Analysis and Design Phase is a critical client checkpoint to review the proposed implementation for the change management plan in order to proceed with the Design Phase.

Phase 2: Implementation and Delivery of results

Phase Two consists of the Implementation Phase launch and the attainment of results previously agreed upon with the client during evaluation .

Objective

The proposed objectives for this 3-6 week phase include:

  • Implementation of the definitive action plan and eventual pilot project

  • Attainment of predefined results

  • Change managed in a planned and consistent way

  • Complete the training and communication as necessary

Results

At the conclusion of this phase, clients can expect the following results:

  • Solutions that are defined in detail

  • Results of the pilot project

  • Initial results of the change program and impact on the performance indicators

  • An organization that is aligned, trained and well-informed
