Performance Technology Solutions brings together a high level of experience in training and consulting in the management of e-Learning projects.

At PTS, we do not view e-Learning simply as a way to provide content, but instead as a training methodology that can impact the training services of the entire organization. 

The PTS Approach

PTS’ approach to training solutions, which consists of  E-Learning and Blended Learning, is based on a systematic analysis of training needs.  A complete understanding of these needs is critical in order to assemble a consistent and practical plan for the entire training program.  This then allows the elimination of any performance gaps. 

In particular, Blended Learning, which is a instructional method that uses various media aids synergistically, (such as self-paced training with the web, collaborative Software, Electronic Support System (EPSS), Knowledge Management, etc), is the point where on-line and face-to-face training reinforce each other in a manner that provide a most effective learning experience.

Critical Success Factors

Performance Technology Solutions’ e-Learning solutions place particular attention on learning objectives, in order to jointly create personalized training programs with the active participation of our clients (both training and subject matter experts). 

On this basis, PTS has devised its own approach, characterized by the following success factors:

  • Our experience, in planning and implementation of training services for e-Learning and Blended Learning methods is both consolidated and always up-to-date

  • Systematic Approach based on the Instructional Systems Design methodology and focus on the outcome of trainee and work environment needs analysis

  • Ability to design and join content and instructional media together in an effective way (as opposed to “adapting the content to media”), working with subject matter experts whenever necessary 

  • Ability to define modular reusable “learning objects” and flexible training solutions which are easily revisable upon receipt of new client requirements

Areas of Intervention

The main areas in which PTS provides solutions in e-Learning are:

  • Needs Analysis 

  • Definition of training strategy and design of most effective training programs

  • Selection of the Learning Management System (LMS) which is most appropriate to the organizational structure and needs of the client organization

  • Storyboard design for courses

  •  Supervision of course design and development via interaction with technical suppliers (who may either belong to our clients or are PTS business partners)

  •    Auditing of training services and on-line courses
