HUMAN PERFORMANCE TECHNOLOGY

Human Performance Technology, a discipline that was originally developed in the United States, seeks to improve the performance of the Human Resources function, the individual and/or the team within the organization.

The base model

Performance Technology Solutions puts into practice the model proposed by ISPI, which is recognized for its thoroughness, systematic logic, and focus on performance.

Human Performance Technology is based on both a solid foundation of organizational and behavioral social sciences, as well as internationally recognized practices.

The activities of Human Performance Technology :

HPT is defined by the following activities:

  • Performance Analysis: Analysis of the Organization and its needs, Gap analysis of actual Performance versus desired and/or strategic objectives

  • Cause Analysis: Analysis of drivers whether organizational, behavioral (individual or team-oriented), that can lead to performance gaps

  • Solution Planning: Identification and design of remedying steps to resolve performance gaps

  • Implementation: Change is made at the organizational and individual levels.

  • Monitoring and Feedback: Analysis of derived performance results.

The methodology is iterative in that the performance is continuously monitored for improvement and evaluation purposes.
