Target audience
The course is intended for:
- HR Directors and those responsible for HR;
- Those responsible for human resource development;
- Those responsible for training;
- Training Project Leads or Training Initiative Leads.

Objectives
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Identify which company performance results can be improved through training;
- Analyze the characteristics and work context of the training population;
- Define the expected performance and training objectives;
- Identify the training and company strategies that will support performance;
- Evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of diverse multimedia support in “blended” training initiatives;
- Design the process of an integrated training program based upon different methodologies and support structures.
