- Those responsible for human resource development;
- Those responsible for training;
- Training Project Leads or Training Initiative Leads.

At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Analyze, develop and evaluate training curricula that are both effective and aligned with business objectives;
- Conduct an accurate training needs analysis;
- Model the initiative on the training requirements discovered;
- Identify the training and company strategies that will support performance;
- Develop training materials that will effectively transfer knowledge and skills to the training population.
