At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Explain the training forecasting and budgeting process within a company cycle “end-to-end”;
- Analyze requirements and define training program objectives that are both tangible and measurable;
- Quantify, justify and manage within the estimated budget for the short and medium to long term;
- Implement mechanisms for control, analysis and revision of plans, budgets and training projects.
