Customized Consulting – Change Management

Objectives of the project:

Manage the change (both at organizational level and internal communication) from the merge with various companies related to the business level but different for processes and culture, involving actively all department heads and supporting them in acquiring the ability to communicate the actions of change.

Project phases:

  • training program and internal communication plan.

Results obtained:

  • high level of sharing and empowerment in the change management process;
  • resolution of problems post merge (climate, teamwork);
  • improvement of communication efficacy.
