Consulting for designing and implementing a customized 360° tool

Objectives of the project:
The project was based on an internal organizational decision to introduce a transparent evaluation system for development purposes (training and/or coaching) and for integrating information from the performance management system.

Phases of the project:

  • design of a customized 360° online tool in order to integrate the agency value with the managerial competencies;
  • communication plan to inform and motivate all the people involved in the processs;
  • implementation of the system;
  • coaching sessions on request.

Results obtained:

  • postive feedback from all the people involved;
  • more transparency of the competencies evaluation system;
  • objective input for training needs analyis at individual and managerial level.
