PTS is the distributor for Italy of the 360° assessment tools of Envisia Learning and the distributor for Italy and certifier for the use of Facet5 tools (founded by the psychologist Norman L. Buckley).
For several years, PTS has collaborated with internationally renowned researchers and neuroscientists, such as psychologist Kenneth Nowack, (author of numerous articles on 360° assessment, member of the Daniel Goleman Consortium for Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations and founder/Chief Research Officer of Envisia Learning) and neuroscientist Paul J. Zak (founder of the Center for Neuroeconomic Studies, Professor of Economics, Psychology and Management at Claremont University, research director and co-founder of Ofactor).
PTS has also been the “Delegation Leader” for Italy (and since 2017 also for Switzerland) at ATD‘s annual event for over 10 years.
